About

Faye Williams is a freelance translator of fiction and non-fiction. Her experience spans crime fiction, science fiction + fantasy, multimodal texts, Children's + Young Adult’s literature, poetry, theatre, art and interior design texts. Faye holds a Masters in Audiovisual Translation and Popular Culture from City University, London. A summary of her dissertation on the process of publishing translated literature in the UK appeared in The Linguist magazine. She also compiles reader's reports, translates samples and provides editing and proofreading services in English.

Faye can be found in southern England and northern Spain, where she regularly travels. Get in touch!
